Corporate collective action across basins and landscapes represents one of the most promising pathways for delivering measurable nature outcomes at scale. When multiple companies coordinate around shared water and biodiversity challenges in a defined geography, they can achieve expanded and long-lasting impact, from influencing supplier practices across entire supply sheds to co-investing in ecosystem restoration at a meaningful scale. This session will explore how to catalyze and structure effective basin-landscape collaborations, drawing on the emerging Thames Basin initiative as a case study example. The session will address practical barriers to collective action, from competitive concerns to financing, and how successful initiatives overcome them.
