This session, aimed primarily at businesses, will showcase how using ecosystem accounting principles to organise data around ecosystem extent, condition and services can support streamlined decision making and targeted business action. It will demonstrate and discuss the application of publicly available nature data to an array of applications including reporting (e.g. CSRD), risk assessment and restoration planning. This is based on the Nature Information Pathways Framework developed through the EU Horizon ‘A-Track’ project.
