This session will explore how businesses and financial institutions are responding to the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework’s Target 15, which calls on organizations to assess and disclose their risks, dependencies, and impacts on biodiversity. Bringing together corporate leaders, financial actors, and monitoring organizations, the discussion will highlight progress made, challenges faced, and lessons learned from early implementation. Participants will gain insights into what is working, where gaps remain, and how disclosure and action can be strengthened to reduce biodiversity pressures and accelerate nature-positive outcomes. The session aims to identify the changes needed to achieve sufficient progress by 2030 and align business strategies with the urgent need to halt and reverse biodiversity loss.
